Accenture is seeking motivated and analytical professionals to join our Strategy & Consulting – Global Network (Malaysia) team as a Management Consulting Analyst – Demand & Supply Planning (DSP).

In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and optimization of leading supply chain planning platforms such as O9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, and other cloud-based planning solutions (non-exhaustive). You will work closely with global clients across industries including Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, and other sectors to improve demand forecasting, supply planning, and overall S&OP performance.

This position is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about supply chain transformation, data analytics, and digital planning solutions within a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand demand and supply planning challenges.

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of supply chain planning solutions (o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, etc.).

  • Perform demand forecasting and supply planning analysis using system tools and historical data.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory levels, and service levels.

  • Support S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles by providing analytical insights.

  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and cleansing to ensure data integrity within planning systems.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and post-go-live support activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (business, IT, operations) to deliver project milestones.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital supply chain, automation, and AI/ML in planning.

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Analytics.

  • Exposure to at least one planning platform such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, or similar tools.

  • Basic understanding of S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing industries.

  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capability.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
