Influencer Marketing Lead (SEA Market)
Job Description
- Drive the end-to-end execution and qualitative excellence of influencer campaigns across social platforms, ensuring brand alignment, compliance, and content effectiveness.
- This role partners with Brand Teams, Creative Leads, Influencer Operations, and Analytics Teams to manage activations, oversee creative delivery, brief and seed micro-influencers, and track performance to optimize campaign outcomes. The Influencer Marketing Manager ensures that every influencer activation upholds brand voice, creative integrity, and executional consistency across markets.
- Brief, seed, and manage micro-influencers for campaign activations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and creative direction.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer content activation, from concept approval to go-live, maintaining quality and compliance.
- Review influencer content (visuals, captions, disclosures) to ensure adherence to brand tone and platform standards.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure timely content scheduling, amplification, and delivery.
- Maintain activation calendars, approval workflows, and campaign documentation to ensure operational rigor and visibility.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying best practices and refining influencer activation processes.

Job Qualification
Experience:
- 7-9 years of experience managing brands and working with influencers.
Functional Skills:
- Influencer Campaign Planning & Activation.
- Micro-Influencer Briefing, Seeding & Relationship Management.
- Content Review and ensuring Creative Excellence.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Influencer Marketing Platforms (Tagger, Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Traackr).
- Expertise in Paid Amplification Setup (Meta, YouTube, TikTok).
- Familiarity with Social Analytics & Reporting Tools.
- Experience with Workflow & Asset Management Platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant studies.
