Job Description

Experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture or Integration Lead with a strong background in the retail fashion industry to support the PM for SAP S/4 implementation on overall solution and integration side.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP D2C/O2C/P2P modules, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of E2E processes including SAP and Surroundings.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP solution issues, working with technical teams as needed.

Stay updated on SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends.

Manage and mentor junior SAP consultants and analysts.

Qualification

Experience

15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in retail/fashion as PM or SA or Integration Lead.

Retail fashion industry experience is mandatory, and familiarity with SAP Fashion Management.

Integration experience with non-SAP systems (e.g., POS, B2B, OMS, WMS platforms).

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex biz challenges.

Excellent communication skills to liaise between finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders.

Project leadership experience in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
