As a Partner Marketing Program Specialist within the alliance scope, you will act as the primary marketing enablement and operations partner for the global marketing team and the organization’s ecosystem of partners. You will drive the successful planning, execution, governance, and optimization of co-marketing programs while delivering exceptional partner support and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, drive, and execute scalable global partner co-marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to regional and partner-specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain the annual global co-marketing framework, including planning calendars, approval workflows, funding guidelines, and performance tracking.
  • Own the end-to-end co-marketing approval process and ensure timely reviews and decisions across stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver training programs (live and on-demand) to educate partners and internal teams on co-marketing tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex partner issues, driving resolution within agreed SLAs in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, etc.).
  • Partner with the finance team to investigate and resolve co-marketing compliance and funding disputes efficiently and accurately.
  • Lead or coordinate localization/adaptation of marketing assets and content for different regions and languages.
  • Provide high-touch marketing support to partners using strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner experience and program effectiveness, proposing solutions in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry/updates in partner marketing and funding tools (e.g., claim systems).
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt communication style to country-specific and linguistic nuances when engaging partners worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, Accounting, or Finance strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Partner/Channel Marketing, Finance, or Program Management.
  • Prior experience in advertising, agency, or co-marketing/funding programs is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record working in a multinational or global corporate environment.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, partner-centric environment and enjoy combining strategic marketing thinking with hands-on program execution and support, this role is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on the global partner ecosystem.
