Compliance Associate (Korean Speaker)
Job Description
- Verify customer documents in accordance with set procedures to comply with regulatory or policy requirements.
- Perform Research, verification and analysis of the data and arrive at a conclusive action
- Adhere to Quality & Controls. Need to maintain high standards on quality due to regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to Internal Controls guidelines to maintain data privacy
- Need to be flexible to support dynamic operational requirements
- Eye for details to review critical data points while making decisions.
- Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client’s policies and procedures about Data Protection.
- Provide Process improvement ideas
- May require supporting the Team Lead for preparing reports/MIS

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, or a related field (required).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Attention to details and good problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communications in English
- Able to work in a team environment
- Good analytical skills
- Flexible to support operational requirements in a dynamic work environment
- Internet savvy
- 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Spreadsheet proficiency - Intermediate or Advanced (preferred)
