Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA and ECC user roles, authorizations, and profiles across multiple SAP environments.

  • Provide support and advisory to Business and Process teams on implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

  • Manage and maintain SAP security roles, authorizations, and security configurations on a day-to-day basis.

  • Support audit and compliance activities, including SoD analysis, mitigation, and remediation.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate risks, and ensure secure access design.

  • Manage and maintain Role Catalogues within Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.

  • Support security integration with IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions across SAP systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass

  • Deep knowledge of SAP Security role design for SAP S/4HANA and ECC is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills is mandatory.

  • Proven experience in RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and audit management.

Preferred / Additional Skills

  • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Cloud Security.

  • Familiarity with IAM solutions and their integration with SAP systems.

  • Experience managing Role Catalogues on IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SAP IDM, ForgeRock, or similar tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in complex, multi-system SAP landscapes.

  • Prior experience supporting security for large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.
