Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the rollout of the global SAP S/4HANA F2S template across ASEAN and Middle East regions.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements and global solution designs.
- Facilitate workshops, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard sessions with key users and business leads.
- Drive the localization, configuration, testing, and deployment of F2S processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Serve as a functional expert in Forecast to Stock, while maintaining a good working knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams, data teams, and change management to support deployment activities.
- Provide issue resolution, process documentation, and contribute to end-user training.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are well managed and delivered upon.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration (SI) or consulting roles within the F2S domain.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably including at least one regional or global rollout project.
- Strong knowledge of Forecast to Stock and Order to Cash business processes.
- Experience in SAP modules related to F2S, such as SAP PP, MM, SD, or IBP.
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior business and IT stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required by the project.
