DevOps Engineer (Experience-Hire)

Main responsibilities expected:
- Design, implement, and maintain (support) CI/CD pipelines to automate integration and deployment for different and various project teams.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and deploy new features related to the DEVSECOPS pipeline
- Automate repetitive and manual tasks to improve team efficiency and workflow (understand as a prerequisite Jenkins files, shared lib).
- Implement security best practices, including compliance checks and secure code deployment.
- Promote guidelines and good practices around code branches normalization and other generic devops items.
Work experience :
- Expert: > 6years of experience working as a devops engineer. Good understanding of development processes and / or developer experience.
Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry is preferred.
Academic requirements :
- Bachelor's or master degree in information technology and/or other demonstrated learning path as a devops engineer.
- Certification in DevOps practices is a plus.
Required technical Skills :
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitea, Sonar, Nexus, Azure Devops, Terraform, Liquibase).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g.Azure, AWS).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g.,Bash, PowerShell, Groovy Python).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Grafana, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with secret management such as KeyVault
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible).
Requiered Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
