 As Avanade’s HR Service Delivery Analyst, you are part of the HR Operations team. You are responsible for delivering high-quality services to employees, developing, and executing human resources transactional services, and meeting service level metrics.

What you'll do 

  • Perform a range of HR processes including but not limited to: 
  • Maintain and update Workday; 
  • Manage employee life cycle (Onboarding, LOA, exit, etc); 
  • Manage employee’s and HR’s queries and work with different stakeholders and partner with BHR to resolve issues or inquiries; 
  • Manage inquiries via chat; 
  • Run different audits and controls to make sure data is accurate; 
  • Drive for process excellence through innovation and process enhancement; 
  • Build and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and counterparts and collaborate effectively; 

Qualifications

Skills and experiences

  • Prior HR support or related experience; 
  • Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential - Japanese N1 Certified or Native Speaker; 
  • English Intermediate level of reading and listening skill; 
  • Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and execute with minimal supervision; 
  • Proficiency in navigating MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.); 
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers.
