Oracle Developer (Reports/ Forms/ADF/PL/SQL)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Oracle Developer with experience in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle ADF, or PL/SQL to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Oracle Forms, Reports, ADF, or PL/SQL, and be capable of delivering efficient, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Application Development:
Develop and maintain applications using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle ADF.
Write and optimize complex PL/SQL scripts, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Build and manage ADF components and workflows to implement business logic.
System Analysis and Design:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements and design effective solutions.
Analyze existing applications to identify improvements and enhancements.
Design and implement efficient database schemas and application architectures.
Performance Optimization:
Optimize queries and tune PL/SQL code to ensure application performance and stability.
Diagnose and resolve performance issues across Oracle environments.
Integration and Deployment:
Integrate Oracle applications with external systems and APIs as required.
Ensure smooth and reliable deployment of applications into production environments.
Support application testing, debugging, and post-deployment maintenance.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including workflows, data models, and system architecture.
Provide regular updates and reports on development progress and project status to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
Required:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle application development, with a strong focus in at least one or more of the following:
Oracle Forms
Oracle Reports
Oracle ADF
PL/SQL
Proven experience in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting PL/SQL code (procedures, functions, packages, and triggers).
Solid understanding of relational databases, Oracle database structure, and data modeling.
Experience with ADF Business Components, Task Flows, or relevant Oracle UI technologies (where applicable).
Ability to analyze system requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with SDLC, and working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and managing application scalability.
Ability to document technical specifications, workflows, and system designs.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
Preferred:
Experience in integrating Oracle applications with external systems or APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
Exposure to deployment practices and post-production support in enterprise environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to learn new Oracle technologies or tools as required by the project.
