- Establish a good understanding of business risk domain knowledge and operation processes
- Drive collaboration with business risk functions to gather and translate data points into valuable risk insights.
- Build dashboards for all stakeholders to provide visibility of key metrics, indicators and trends.
- Embed self-service analytics in data products to empower end users to get the information they need.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis, to deep dive on business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on analysis findings.
- Build an academic environment and help/coach team members equipped with hard and soft skills in BI.
- Document data definitions and key metrics, ensuring alignment and consistency across the company.
- Plan and coordinate engagement with key stakeholders
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics or its equivalent.
- 3 years + working experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Willingness to learn attitude with an ability to understand new concepts easily.
- Good at teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- SQL proficiency (mandatory)
- Experience in Risk Management or a related exposure would be an advantage.
