Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed are both functional and efficient, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vistex.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within applications.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their implementation in software.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Vistex.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
