SAP AMS Delivery Lead

Responsibilities:
As an AMS Delivery Lead, you will lead end‑to‑end service delivery or a defined component of a contract, ensuring operational excellence while meeting contractual and financial commitments. You will be accountable for service quality, delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives, while identifying opportunities for follow‑on work through up‑selling or cross‑selling.
You will act as a subject matter expert, manage and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and take ownership of key delivery decisions. The role involves engaging multiple stakeholders, resolving complex issues across teams, and contributing to strategic delivery and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance and optimize business operations.
Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and issues within assigned engagements.
Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for service enhancements and innovation.
Support financial management, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and budget targets.
Drive effective collaboration across teams to achieve shared objectives and delivery success.
Required Skills & Experience:
Master proficiency in Business Operation Management.
Expert proficiency in Service/Work Management (preferred).
Proven experience in AMS delivery, service governance, and stakeholder management.
