Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior System Analyst with strong CRM expertise to support and enhance Customer Management solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves bridging business and technical teams, validating vendor deliverables, and ensuring alignment across multiple systems including CRM, middleware, and core banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions (Customer Service Requests, Leads, Customer 360)
- Review and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) provided by vendors
- Ensure alignment of system specifications across CRM, middleware, and core systems
- Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and technical teams
- Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
- Manage JIRA triage by prioritizing issues and assigning them to appropriate teams
- Support end-to-end solution design and ensure consistency across integrated systems
- Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Ensure documentation quality and adherence to project standards
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in .NET and C#
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Experience reviewing FSD and TDD documents
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of system integration and multi-system environments
- Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and triage
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) implementations
- Exposure to Customer Management or Customer 360 platforms
- Experience in banking or financial services domain
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
