SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Associate

- Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
- Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
- Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
- Maintain data retention practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Expert proficiency in Workstation Support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

- Intermediate proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Beginner proficiency in network connectivity support.
- Advanced proficiency in customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in system performance monitoring.
