The Work: Inside Training Program Manager
Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership
Work with client business segment handling medium to enterprise opportunities
Work on deals from start to presenting to prospective customers

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or lead generation
Language(s) Required: English minimum level C1 required + Japanese JLPT N1
Minimum of 3 year spent in previous sales role
2+ years of experience in generating comprehensive reports, conducting in-depth analytics, and utilizing various business intelligence systems to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects, with a emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
1 year of experience in leading direct sales enablement initiatives, with a deep understanding of the sales enablement process and the ability to build effective learning and adoption strategies to support sales teams in achieving their targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry
Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
Proven ability to consistently achieve 100%+ KPI attainment in previous sales role
Project Specific Requirements
Experience working with both customers and partners
Microsoft AZ-900 certified – good to have or be prepared to attain certification within 3 months – full training provided.
