Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall end-to-end SAP project delivery for the Malaysia deployment, ensuring alignment with the global template and organizational standards.

  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality, ensuring all deliverables are executed as planned.

  • Monitor and track project execution, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving timely resolution.

  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, global teams, vendors) to manage expectations, decisions, and outcomes.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and foster a highly engaged, aligned project team.

  • Contribute to and influence key program-level decisions, providing practical solutions that apply across teams.

  • Implement and continuously improve project management best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Mentor and guide junior project team members, supporting skill development and team performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 -11 years of project/program management experience, preferably in SAP environments.

  • Proven experience managing at least three end-to-end SAP implementations.

  • Strong expertise in SAP project governance, delivery management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team projects in a matrix or global environment.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience deploying global SAP templates in regional or country rollouts.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
