Application Support Engineer - Mandarin Speaker

Drive incident and outage management to ensure seamless operations.
Investigate and restore services promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.
It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Expert proficiency in Application Remediation.
Intermediate proficiency in Engineering Support.
