About the Program:
Working with an International Bank, this is a 3-year Digital Sales & Marketing program spearheaded by Accenture Song. This is a flagship and high-profile program in the Financial Services Industry and in Accenture.
With a 60+ strong team from Strategy, Accenture Song Creative Studio and MarTech Operations that strategize, conceptualize, creative production and orchestrate the marketing campaigns across platforms to unlock incremental growth for the client.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team in delivering compelling, high-impact campaigns that blend creativity with strategy. As the driving force behind big ideas, you’ll oversee conceptual development, creative direction, and execution across all mediums — ensuring every piece of work is insight-driven, beautifully crafted, and presentation-ready for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of breakthrough creative concepts grounded in strategic insights and cultural relevance.
Own the creative strategy and ensure alignment with client objectives, brand positioning, and audience needs.
Inspire, guide, and mentor cross-functional creative teams (copy, design, video, and more) to push boundaries and raise the bar on creative output.
Oversee the creative development process from briefing through to execution, ensuring high standards of craft and consistency.
Champion creative presentations — delivering work with polish, persuasion, and a strong strategic narrative.
Collaborate closely with client services, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking to briefs, pitches, and brand storytelling.
Qualifications
Requirements:
10+ years of creative experience in an agency or creative-led environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel work.
Proven leadership experience managing creative teams and driving big ideas.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital ecosystems, and cultural trends.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; comfortable selling ideas to senior stakeholders and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
