- Work at any stage on a business and technology transformation project
- Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional and/or technical specifications
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs
- Coordinate the implementation of the solution and support change efforts
- Recognized for deep functional, industry, or offering expertise and domain knowledge
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Core HCM
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills

- Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design
- Intermediate proficiency in Functional Designs
- Intermediate proficiency in Workday Foundation Data Model Job Architecture
