Job Description

Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Contribute solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.   • Work at any stage on a business and technology transformation project
  • Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional and/or technical specifications
  • Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs
  • Coordinate the implementation of the solution and support change efforts
  • Recognized for deep functional, industry, or offering expertise and domain knowledge

Qualifications

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Core HCM
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design
  • Intermediate proficiency in Functional Designs
  • Intermediate proficiency in Workday Foundation Data Model Job Architecture
