Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to join our Wealth Advisory team under CCWM (Consumer and Wealth Management) in CCO. This role requires strong system analysis, functional design, and technical expertise in banking technology, particularly in Retail/Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, Customer Management, and Branch Banking. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience, with hands-on skills in Java, SQL, and Unix, and a strong understanding of interface specification and data mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Functional and Technical Specifications.
Develop and refine interface specifications and data mapping.
Support system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices and banking regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver system solutions.
Manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
6-9 years of experience as a System Analyst in banking technology.
4+ years of relevant experience in Retail/Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, Customer Management, or Branch Banking products.
Strong experience in interface specification and data mapping.
Proficiency in Java and SQL for system analysis and development support.
Experience working with Unix environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of SDLC.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Oracle SQL and Wealth Management systems.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps.
Understanding of banking regulatory compliance and risk management.
