Job Description

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and adherence to Agile practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA engineers, to design, build, and configure applications that meet business requirements.
  • In addition to Agile practices, you will bring an understanding of Waterfall methodology to effectively manage projects that require structured, sequential development. You’ll help integrate both methodologies in a way that supports delivery requirements.
  • Actively participate in the design and build of applications, ensuring the technical architecture and solutions align with business objectives and are scalable, secure, and robust.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas of improvement in the development process, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Help in managing configuration and release management processes, ensuring smooth transitions of application versions from development to production environments.
  • Assist with build management and deployment pipelines to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile roles, with direct experience in managing Scrum ceremonies and processes.
  • Proven experience in application development and configuration management within an Agile framework.
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology for managing projects that require sequential and structured delivery.
