Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your role will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is required. Business Process Design and Solution Architecture, along with Design & Build Enablement, are recommended skills for this role.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Develop and maintain the configuration management plan
  • Collaborate with the Configuration Lead to ensure adherence to the plan
  • Design and customize software configurations based on business process requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues
