Job Summary:
As a Web Developer within the Digital Banking domain, you will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining key components of web-based applications in the retail banking environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party vendor products and the core banking system.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and maintain stored procedures in MsSQL and Oracle databases.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and investigation for third-party vendor products, diagnosing issues and collaborating with the support team for resolution.
Contribute to web development projects using HTML, CSS, Java, JSP, Spring, and related technologies.
Work with XML and SQL for data integration and processing tasks.
Develop and maintain scripts in Unix environments to support application processes and automation.
Assist in managing web content using AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, and other Web Content Management (WCM) systems.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to support CI/CD pipelines for deployment, ensuring smooth build processes.
Participate in Agile development practices, contributing to sprints, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Good-to-Have:
Knowledge of MariaDB and IIS (Windows app server) for application hosting and data management.
Familiarity with Hadoop and related big data technologies for data analysis and storage.
Experience with DevOps tools and processes to facilitate the integration of code and streamline deployments.
Understanding of management reporting, including generating reports and performance metrics.
Operating Systems:
Work with HPUX, Linux, and Solaris to support application operations and deployment processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Proficiency in MsSQL and Oracle, with experience in writing stored procedures.
Troubleshooting experience for third-party vendor systems.
Good-to-Have:
Experience with Java, JSP, Spring, AEM Forms/Sites, and TeamSite.
Familiarity with DevOps, Agile practices, and knowledge of CI/CD processes.
