Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
- Ability to speak Korean is mandatory
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- History of quota over-achievement
- Knowledge of CRM system
- Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude
- Ability to think strategically and identify key customer and market trends
- Self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
- Proven success in generating leads and experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
- Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills
