Manages high value set of strategically important advertising accounts driving significant revenue (typically higher than average quarterly individual targets)
Or Manages a high number of important Digital Marketing Agency relationships focused on supporting and scaling existing advertisers within the book.
Will be an SME in particular areas important to the program e.g. Sales Process, Account Mgmt., Partner Mgmt., Business Vertical, Product Knowledge etc and will work across team
Typically owns important projects with Team Lead/Ops Lead oversight – usually cross program influence
Can work independently with low amount of intervention/guidance when working on projects
Typically deputises for Sales Manager in absence (PTO etc)
Will typically interact and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
Retain and grow revenue within a strategic book of business or across business function
When required, operate across multiple markets sharing information and driving consistency
Gain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns
Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts when applicable
Communicate new features and enhancements to clients and funnel feedback to our Product team
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners
Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
For internal candidates, typically should have 18 months working on the program, with 12 months as a team lead
Typically should have 2 or more years experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform and 2 years experience in a sales or account management and leadership experience
Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Native level language fluency in the market to which assigned
Experienced in tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
Very strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience using data driven solutioning to drive positive business outcomes
Team player / collaborative operating style with the desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done
An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute quickly, positive creative solutions to problems as they arise
