Responsibilities:

Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience with the implementation of SAP CRM with 5-7 years’ of experience

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any related field

  • Ability to work collaboratively with project team members through the design and build of the new business processes

  • Ability where needed to drive down into the detail of application use and get hands-on with the system

  • Considered a business expert in your functional area

  • Results driven, yet highly team-oriented

  • Can operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment

  • Ability to communicate to all levels in the organization

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)


Mandatory Skills:

  • SAP CRM Billing

  • Requirements Analysis

  • CRM Applications
