LLM Full Stack Engineer Asso Mg
We are looking for an AI Technology Architecture Associate Manager to design and evolve enterprise-scale AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multimodal capabilities.
In this role, you will define AI architecture blueprints, evaluate and select technologies, and lead the implementation of scalable AI platforms. You will work across multidisciplinary teams, guiding solutions from proof of concept to production while ensuring performance, security, and Responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve enterprise AI architecture, including LLM and multimodal solutions
Design and implement scalable AI platforms and components (e.g., RAG pipelines, model serving, prompt management)
Evaluate and recommend technologies across data, AI, security, and operations
Develop implementation roadmaps to scale AI capabilities
Ensure performance, reliability, and cost optimization of AI systems
Implement governance, security, and Responsible AI controls
Establish observability and monitoring for AI systems
Lead technical workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams
Guide solutions from POC to production and standardize best practices
Mentor team members and present architectural decisions to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
+7 years of experience in software engineering or architecture
+2 years of experience in AI / Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering)
Strong experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with data platforms (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases)
Strong understanding of security, scalability, and system performance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LLM frameworks and tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Familiarity with AI platforms and providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
Experience with model serving and optimization tools
Cloud or architecture certifications
Experience in large enterprise environments
