The Global Network - Industry X is looking for a Senior Manager in Mexico with experience in any of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the Industry X capability in Mexico:

Digital Engineering Senior Manager

What you will do in this role 

As a Senior Manager you will lead the Digital Engineering transformation workstreams for industrial clients, with a focus on PLM delivery and Digital Engineering technologies (CAD/CAM/CAE), EBOM/MBOM integration, and Digital Thread enablement. You will support client positioning and proposal development, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs that drive outcomes in cost, time-to-market, quality, and traceability.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related)

  • Experience delivering PLM programs and engineering process transformation (at least one end-to-end implementation preferred)

  • Working knowledge of engineering/product processes: design, release, change management, product structures, simulation/prototyping, supplier collaboration

  • Familiarity with CAD/CAx ecosystems and Digital Engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE); ability to translate workflows into solution configurations

  • Stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Exposure to cloud deployments and modern integration patterns (APIs, middleware)

  • Experience supporting data governance/MDM initiatives in engineering/product domains

  • Certifications (PLM vendor, Agile, PMP/Prince2) are a plus

  • Experience supporting RFPs and commercial shaping

  • PLM Enablement, EBOM/MBOM, Digital Thread, engineering change management, document/product structure management

  • Engineering process design and operating model elements (roles, KPIs, governance)

  • English Advanced

Production & Operations / Digital Manufacturing – Senior Manager

What you will do in this role

As a Senior Manager you will lead Manufacturing Operations and Digital Manufacturing transformations (line improvement, productivity, quality, maintenance, and shop-floor digitization) by combining process excellence, technology, and analytics to deliver ROI. You will shape initiatives, build business cases, and lead delivery teams executing IT/OT programs across MES/SCADA/PLC/ERP ecosystems, driving measurable operational outcomes and sustainable adoption.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or related)

  • Experience leading operations improvements and/or digital programs in manufacturing plants (MES/SCADA/ERP) and line improvement initiatives

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete and/or process) and operational metrics; ability to quantify ROI and value levers

  • Exposure to IT/OT environments, ISA-95 principles, and shop-floor data integration practices

  • Leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Automation/PLC exposure and industrial connectivity experience

  • Experience with SAP (PP/QM/MM/EWM/PM) and/or leading MES platforms; integration with analytics/data platforms

  • Lean/Six Sigma, APICS, Agile, or other relevant certifications

  • Experience with multi-site programs and vendor management

  • English Advanced

Infrastructure & Capital Projects Senior Manager

What you will do in this role

As a Senior Manager you will lead Capital Project workstreams across the lifecycle: planning/FEED, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Lead workstreams and programs supporting capital projects and infrastructure initiatives (e.g., data centers, communications, transportation, industrial assets). You will help integrate investment governance, project controls, and digital project platforms, while contributing to value propositions, estimates, and business cases. The role requires strong stakeholder management, presentation skills, and relationship building.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Communications Electrical, or related)

  • 12+ years of experience delivering capital projects, infrastructure programs, or PMO/project controls transformations

  • Knowledge of planning/scheduling, cost management, risk, procurement interfaces and change control

  • Experience implementing or supporting rollout of project/investment tools (SAP PS/ePPM, Primavera/Unifier/Aconex, or similar)

  • Ability to develop and present value propositions, estimates, and business cases to senior stakeholders

  • Advanced English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Lean/Agile exposure

  • Analytics/visualization (Power BI/Tableau) for PMO and portfolio reporting

  • Exposure to quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements in infrastructure/construction environments

  • Experience working with EPC/EPCM delivery models and vendor ecosystems

  • Capital project lifecycle and project controls; schedule/cost management; procurement/contract interfaces

  • PPM/ERP tools and executive reporting for investment portfolios

  • English Advanced
