[A]スケジューラー（アナリスト - シニア・アナリスト）
アクセンチュア関連会社のスケジューラーとして、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、プロジェクト要件に基づいた最適な人員配置を支援するポジションです。チームリードの指示のもと、配置情報や稼働データの管理・運用を担い、「適切な人材を、適切なタイミングで、適切なプロジェクトへ」配置することで、プロジェクトの円滑な遂行および社員のキャリア形成を支援します。
■具体的な業務内容
・プロジェクト要件に基づき、社員情報を整理・確認し、人員配置計画を支援
・各種社内システムを用いた配属情報（開始／終了日、稼働率等）の更新・管理
・各組織、プロジェクトチーム、営業、人事等の社内関係者との定例ミーティングの企画・参加およびフォロー
・配属状況・稼働率に関するレポート作成、ならびにプロジェクト配属前の社内インタビュー調整
・グローバルで定義されたスケジューリング方針やプロセス変更の日本チームへの展開・定着支援
・正確で信頼性の高いスケジューリングデータの維持・管理およびレポート作成
・スケジューリングシステムおよびプロセス改善への貢献
・採用、育成、トレーニング等のHR施策支援
・プロフェッショナルとしての成長支援およびレジュメ作成に関するメンタリング
・地域をまたいだのア人員配置調整および候補者情報を活用した未充足プロジェクト需要への対応
◆応募要件(MUST)
・学歴：大卒以上
・経験：
-5年以上の社会人経験
-複数の社内関係者のニーズを理解し、バランスを取りながら業務を進めた経験
-変化の多い環境において、担当領域に限定せず、必要に応じて協力的に業務に取り組んだ経験
・スキル
-Microsoft Office（特に Excel）を使用した実務経験
（VLOOKUP等の基本的な関数、ピボットテーブル、リスト作成など）
-Outlookを用いたメール作成・返信、会議招集（Invitation送信）の実務経験
-メール・チャット・口頭での社内コミュニケーションに支障がないこと
-日本語：ネイティブレベル
-英語：簡単な英文の理解・読み書きができるレベル
（社内ツールや必須トレーニングは英語表記、TOEI目安：600点以上）
◆望ましい経験・スキル(WANT)
・経験
-プロジェクトマネジメント、コンサルティング、人事、採用、要員管理などの業務経験
- ミーティングのファシリテーション IT業界またはコンサルティングサービス業界での経験
-外資系・グローバル環境での勤務経験
-英語での業務経験（ビジネスレベル）
