Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems to enhance overall business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of application features while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their translation into technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices for application development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
