Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Experience in designing and configuring customer journey workflows and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of application integration and data management within marketing platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with user experience principles to enhance application usability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
