This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role focuses on maintaining code quality, optimizing scalability, and enhancing performance to align with overarching business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to deliver robust and efficient software tailored to specific organizational needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability considerations in software design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
