Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting various projects within the Technology Delivery Centers by diligently tracking and managing activities related to the project management office. The role requires proactive monitoring and management of project deliverables, ensuring that progress is consistently reported and aligned with project goals. This position demands close attention to detail and effective coordination to maintain smooth execution and timely completion of project tasks, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve conflicts.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of project control processes and tools.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and generate insightful reports.
- Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation techniques.
- Ability to use project management tools and software to track progress and manage deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to identify process improvements and implement best practices within project control activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
