Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies, functions, or platforms. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also support the overall business objectives and value proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions are practical, competitive, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices related to cloud-based service platforms.
- Experience in translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
