Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing across various domains such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and implementing automation strategies, and supporting configuration of data and environments. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing enhancements in testing processes and overall product quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities meet business requirements and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- In-depth understanding of continuous testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to support diverse testing scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience participating in code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
