- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based revenue management systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
