Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively gather and convey information across diverse teams.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges within projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
