Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Your role includes analyzing existing processes, proposing enhancements, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and contribute to the overall project planning and execution, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of custom software applications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Document application designs and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
