As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals, continuously refining model parameters, and overseeing the integration of these models into broader systems to enhance natural language processing applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of language models into various applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and large-scale data handling.
- Ability to optimize model training processes and manage computational resources effectively.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
