Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to assess existing processes, systems, and operational challenges.
- Design and deliver Core Banking solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and help organizations adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
- Facilitate process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Contribute to project planning, solution design, and implementation activities.
- Continuously develop knowledge of emerging banking trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Core Banking platforms, processes, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design, and technology transformation initiatives within the banking industry.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Account Delivery Management.
- Expertise in Business Operations Management.
- Expertise in Estimation and Planning.
- Expertise in Work Management.
- Experience leading or supporting process improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business and technology challenges.
