Requisitos
Key Responsibilities
🧠 Platform Expertise
- Act as SME across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), and EA modules
- Provide best practice guidance to design and build teams
🔍 Quality Assurance
- Review and validate configurations against approved functional designs
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards
🧩 Technical & Data Validation
- Review CMDB structure, CI relationships, asset mappings, and data models
- Validate integration alignment and cross-module configurations
- Support complex decisions across module intersections
🤝 Delivery Support
- Support UAT defect triage and prioritization
- Assist in identifying technical risks and quality concerns
🚀 Go-Live & Transition
- Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness
- Support hypercare and knowledge transfer to support teams
Qualifications
🎓 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
🌐 Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
