Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure that meet defined business and technical requirements.
• Supporting the migration, re-architecture, and modernization of legacy applications to Azure using proven cloud patterns and best practices.
• Producing detailed system specifications, integration designs, and interface definitions for complex Azure components.
• Leading end-to-end cloud application design and clearly communicate the architectural vision to development teams and stakeholders.
• Mentoring and supporting team members to drive high-quality, cloud-ready deliverables and consistent engineering practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration across cloud services, applications, and data flows.
• Building and maintain automated testing and CI/CD deployment pipelines to improve reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Experience and Skills we are looking for:
• 2–5 years of experience working with Azure cloud services (e.g., Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Event Grid, Service Bus).
• Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with solid backend skills (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar).
• Front-end development experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React.js, Vue).
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automation, IaC (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform/Bicep).
• Minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent Finnish and English skills.
Bonus Points for the Following Skills:
• Practical experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Experience with API design and management (Azure API Management).
• Proficiency in relational or NoSQL database design (SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and Azure OpenAI Services to enhance development productivity and solution capabilities.
