Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving complex problems that impact multiple components. The professional collaborates with different teams to ensure seamless system functionality and contributes to maintaining the stability and reliability of essential business operations through proactive problem-solving and continuous system analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline incident response processes to improve resolution times and minimize business impact.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and effective handling of critical incidents.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with incident tracking and reporting tools to document and monitor issue resolution.
- Capability to lead and guide teams during high-pressure situations to ensure timely incident resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
