Qualifications
Requirements:
• Academic degree in mechanical engineering / production technology/Aero/IE.
• 2 - 8 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering / production technology/Aero
• Knowledge in Continuous improvement and Manufacturing methods
• Knowledge of the aeronautical manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of the time calculation
• Already use of the following tools: MS Project, MTM, SAP
• Rigor, force of proposal and good communication
• Interpersonal skills
Nice to have.
• A working knowledge of AIRBUS projects /Nonconformity (NC) handling /Structure repair/Manufacturing/ME Engineer
• CATIA/ SAP/PDM/VPM/TAKSY/GILDA/ZAMIZ/AIRNA

Responsibilities
In the aim of improving the performances of our clients’ production lines, we are looking for Process Performance Managers in order to improve the organization of the production by acting on the time calculations, by optimizing the line balancing, and by detecting and planning actions reducing the amount of non-value added on the manufacturing stations.
The tasks to be performed are:
• Create and validate the optimized line balancing of the stations.
• Optimize the amount of value added by reducing the amount of time lost and disruptions.
• Capture the process and provide insights on improvement capabilities.
• Quantify and calculate the manufacturing time.
• Define performance indicators and find actions to reach the production’s targets.
• Provide technical insights for shopfloor monitoring and improvement.
• Calculate the capabilities of the manufacturing systems, propose actions focused on the critical path.
