Visit us at JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Workplace Service Specialist JD Number: LEVEL: Specialist – 9 OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the Transport Routing, Deployment and Allocation team Leading and Managing Routing, Deployment and Allocation team under Workplace Transport team. Accountable and Responsible for Operations, Vendor Management, Routing, Deployment and Allocation of vehicles in TMS. Responsibilities/Authorities Operational Essential Functions of the Job: Manage and direct the work of Routers including day to Operations Audit and Ongoing Quality check of Routers performance Support on internal/external audit as per the requirement Act as a subject matter expert in Workplace Transport Routing, deployment, and allocation team Interaction with suppliers as and when required Implementing Quality measures and thereby enhancing Vehicle occupancy etc. Lead the team from the front, take responsibility of meeting all SLA, maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and controls and maintain evidence in an effective manner. Lead and/or assist with implementation of regulatory changes, industry best practices, and internal risk and control policies Develop direct report to improve required skills, set direct report for success and ensure high people engagement among team members. Advise and enable stakeholders in their goals to improve service, save on cost and mitigate risks. Use powerful techniques such as data storytelling and PowerBI/bots/tools as applicable. Generate and validate reports for various business requirements, such as but not limited to status reports, scorecards, dashboards, etc. Provide insights on transaction trends such as but not limited to, usual requests or inquiries, customer behaviors, internal or cross-functional process changes impact. . Analyze data; assess opportunities for improving performances while driving efficiencies, and operational excellence. Actively participate in all process improvements stages: conceptualization, implementation and continuous process improvements. Manage the training and development of team members to increase/update knowledge and skills Raise issues around process, staffing and policies to the appropriate management level. Collaborate with process lead to identify improvements and/or develop solutions to persistent concerns. Leading / Participating in the Monthly Service Performance review calls with the service management teams and the Stakeholders Participate in Quality Assurance activities to monitor proficiency, productivity and quality of Service Delivery direct reports Respond to the unique reporting requirements of the Operations/Cross functional departments on real-time / Adhoc basis Key Responsibilities: Responsible for des


Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 10 Year of experience of Transport management process preferably have handled Routing process in previous organization Drove business decisions through profitability analysis / data insight Strong local knowledge of the Geographical area Good knowledge of data analysis techniques Good planning / organizational skills Highly customer focused Experience using and developing outputs for reporting and visualization tools for e.g., Advance MS Office or similar and not limited to Meticulous attention to detail Think laterally and pragmatically Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good telephone etiquette skills. Able to communicate over the phone effectively. Able to deal with high stress situations, should be flexible to travel and work as per Business requirement.
