This role supports all priority work within the Audience & Writing team, which interacts with nearly every aspect of the new People Engagement operating model, spanning a wide range of work that drives our audience-first and data-led philosophy. On any given day, you may be working on Good Morning Accenture editorial or production; preparing for writing projects, including subject matter expert discussions, interviews, review of materials or development of outlines; writing Portal articles and Viva Engage posts; or collecting and reporting audience data and analytics for business partners or leaders; or assessing People Engagement Calendar entries and then working with business partners to refine their communication channels, audience targeting, content and timing; or you may be supporting technology enhancements to our internal communications technologies. Job Description Total Rewards_ML 8 • Develop cross functional understanding of Total rewards tools that support our annual rewards making processes. • Manage & support workday data integrations & setup i.e., ranges, bonus, allowances. Requirements gathering for all rewards process & systems including planning tool, performance & rewards tool, P&R statement, benefits etc. • Work closely with MU advisors in creating the plans/scenarios in the planning tool & PRT working with the MU advisor for inputs/guidance. • • Create leadership summary, reports, and decks. Data analysis pre & post rewards decision making. • Support in budget planning and allocation process • Implementation of global rewards policy, process, tools, and strategy and bring in process standardization & harmonization. • Rewards outcomes leadership summaries to support leadership review phase. • Support quarterly comp cycles/OCA submissions, upload to WD. • Co-ordinate offline quarterly promotion submissions and calculations • Support any V&A specific custom planning and comp admin activities. • Work closely in building process integration between planning and rewards administration • Participate in files preparation, data setup and UAT. • Coordinate testing, file processing, and process execution for rewards planning and rewards decisions. Work closely with others across the TR CoE, and the local MU TR teams to provide subject matter guidance on tools & process that includes, rewards planning, performance & rewards tool, and P&R statements. • • Provide support in file preparation/tool set up activities, SharePoint management, testing and issue review/resolution. Responsible for executing rewards strategy laid out by Total Rewards CoE. This includes refining processes and enhancing the tools necessary to support rewards decision making process. • contributes to programs, projects, and initiatives to ensure continued alignment of the annual planning function and planning solutions with our total rewards strategy, policies, and programs as well as the overall business strategy and vision of HR. • Educational Qualification: Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Skills & Work Experience: Must have: - • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to quickly learn new applications/tools and processes. • Propose / negotiate solutions and influence decisions with multiple stakeholders. • Exposure to environment with tight timelines and critical deliverables • Excel skills, PowerPoint, SharePoint management • Strong organizational & analytical skills - Ability to tie numbers between various reports. • ~5 years specializing in Compensation/Rewards topics either in HR or finance • Excellent understanding of Accenture’s organizational structure and key HR/financial metrics • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience of working within a fast-paced corporate environment • Experience working on process designs and implementation across multiple countries and workforces.
