Program & Project Mgmt Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting program leadership in the planning, governance, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Drive effective program tracking, governance, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and business priorities are effectively managed. Provide standardized reporting, executive communications, and insights to enable informed decision-making and successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program planning, milestone tracking, deliverable management, and dependency coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting cadences, RAID logs, action trackers, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with program leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
- Monitor program KPIs, financials, resource utilization, delivery progress, risks, and issues; identify deviations and facilitate corrective actions.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, leadership presentations, meeting materials, and management communications.
- Facilitate cross-program, cross-market, and MU coordination to ensure consistent execution and effective information flow.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of program management processes, tools, reporting, and governance practices.
- Support investment planning, capacity and resource discussions, financial tracking, and alignment of program priorities with business objectives.
- Monitor adherence to governance standards, processes, reporting timelines, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
