Must have skills:
- Advanced SQL development on Google BigQuery, including partitioning, clustering, query tuning, and cost-aware design
- Working proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and operational scripting
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for repositories, work item tracking, branching, and releases
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data and cloud deployments
- PostgreSQL (PSQL) experience, including query writing, replication concepts, and Change Data Capture (CDC) configuration
- Configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Debezium connectors for streaming change events
Job Summary:

- Automate recurring data, platform, and housekeeping tasks using Python
- Manage source control, work items, and release pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Plan and execute scheduled and ad hoc rotation of external GCP service accounts and keys
- Configure and support CDC from PostgreSQL sources, including replication slots, publications, and WAL settings
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Debezium connectors, resolving replication lag, schema drift, and connector failures
- Provide production support through monitoring, incident triage, root cause analysis, and runbook upkeep
- Adhere to Accenture/CIO standards as they evolve

- Comfortable working independently in an Agile delivery model, including estimation and progress tracking
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and business stakeholders
- Documentation discipline across runbooks, design notes, and handover material
- Collaborative approach to peer review, pairing, and knowledge sharing within the team
